# How To Make It:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
02 - Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
03 - Spread an even, thin layer of the mustard-mayo mixture over each tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
