# How To Make It:

01 - Add peeled, chopped cucumbers, packed mint leaves, cilantro (if using), lime juice, agave syrup, cold water and 1 cup ice to a high-speed blender.
02 - Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in texture, 30–60 seconds depending on blender strength.
03 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher, pressing the solids with the back of a spoon to extract all liquid and discard the pulp.
04 - Taste and adjust acidity or sweetness by adding more lime juice or agave in small increments until balanced.
05 - Fill glasses with ice, pour the strained beverage over the ice, and garnish with cucumber slices, lime wedges and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.

# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • There's a cooling zing from the mint and cucumber that feels like an instant mood reset.
  • It’s endlessly customizable—swap herbs, sweeteners, or even make it bubbly, and it never disappoints.
02 -
  • If you skip the straining step, the texture can feel too pulpy and thick—I learned that when I tried to rush.
  • Using ice in the blender as well as in the glass keeps every sip frosty without watering things down too much.
03 -
  • Use the freshest mint you can find—the leaves bruise easily but offer the best flavor straight from the garden or market.
  • Chill your glasses before serving for that frosty, café-worthy finish.
