# What You'll Need:

02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (230 g), full-fat or low-fat

04 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
03 - Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and elastic. Avoid overworking.
04 - Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each into a 7 to 8 inch rope and form a bagel by pinching the ends together.
05 - Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
