# How To Make It:
01 - In a small bowl, combine chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and ground black pepper.
02 - Place sliced chicken breasts in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with prepared spice mix. Toss thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the exterior is lightly browned and the chicken is fully cooked. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are softened and slightly charred at the edges. Add minced garlic and continue cooking for 1 additional minute.
05 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet with vegetables. Squeeze juice of 1 lime over the mixture and toss to combine. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes, until mixture is warmed through.
06 - While chicken and vegetables cook, whisk together sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, finely chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until mixture is smooth.
